Building and upgrades look nice but wish they would upgrade their employees as well! They are rude, unprofessional and have bad... attitudes. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food. They seem to be understaffed but that?s not an excuse to disregardcustomer service. Rayne, I believe her name was; has a horrible attitude- I went drive thru and she rolled her eyes at me twiceand didn?t speak a word to me! COMMUNICATE with your customers! If you are behind or short staffed or whatever the issue is tellus and we will usually understand and either be patient or just go somewhere else. This place has some very rude employees and even managers. Bag was pretty much thrown into my hand in drive thru. Had to ask for... napkins and got attitude when I asked for a drink tray She. Didn't even speak one word to me at the 2nd window, no hi thank youor anything! Read more
Ridiculous. Brand new looking building, but clearly understaffed so bad that I sat in drive through for 20 minutes with only 4... cars ahead of me. Took them about 5 minutes per car. Unacceptable! Say it when I?m ordering so I don?t have to be stuck withincompetent people. And to add to it after I pulled out I realized They didn?t include a straw for the drink and there were nonapkins with the food? Complete incompetence Read more
Apparently service is only good when corporate is there. Nobody ever came to the counter to take our order
Enjoyed a nice evening meal at this newly replaced Burger King! The decor was well done inside and curb appeal is great outside.

Good staff. But it's BK. If you enjoy BK, you enjoy food that has absolutely no flavor. I can't even smell and I find scents... with more flavor than anything you could find on this menu. Other than the onion rings. They have fantastic onion rings. Butthat is the one and only thing they got going for them. Read more
