I've had multiple bad experiences here, but today takes the cake. I get email ads, social media ads, app ads, text ads, etc.... constantly advertising BOGO Boneless Thursday. If you go to Buffalo Wild Wings' website, there's a huge banner for BOGO BonelessThursday and it says "Order Now" - so I tried to place an order for BOGO boneless wings. However, once you go to actually checkout, it says boneless wings aren't available. So I called and asked to place a take out order, but they told me the don't doBOGO Boneless Wing Thursdays for takeout - only dine-in. Despite all the apparently false advertising, they won't actually takethe order. She even told me it wasn't corporate wide - just their location - same for Elkhart. I'm not sure who makes thisdecision, but it's a giant middle finger to the Michiana area. It seems that unabashed greed and false advertising are par forthe course. Read more
