Oh where to start. All the reviews down below are correct. I unfortunately didn't read it before I came here. I ordered a... stepped tea and a four cheese bagel through the app. When we arrived for the mobile order pick up, the lady said there is nosteep tea. Seriously is this a Tim Hortons right? Then she said ok wait two minutes. I think she didn't want to make a batch.The worst of all is that she doesn't have a bagel and can't refund payments through the mobile app. Unbelievable. What kind offranchise can't offer refunds. She didn't offer substitutions but eventually did after some back and forth. Then like she gaveand offered to take the bagel out of freezer and make it. So they had bagels. She was just LAZY to make it. What a joke TimHortons. Customers pay and refuse to make a bagel. Tim Hortons has a lot to learn from Starbucks and McDonalds, not only canthey offer refeunds through the app, they offer substitutes and coupons to use next time. Tim Horton's is not what it used tobe. Officially done with this location. I think the problem is that this location is in a low traffic area and they don't havea constant flow of food and traffic that you would normally see at a Tim Hortons. So when people actually show up to order, theone lady is too lazy to make the food and drinks l. @Tim Hortons head quarters, you guys need to review this location. Lady refused to refill my coffeee cup. Claimed she couldn?t with coffee prior in it? Not sure how tim hortons sees refilling a... reusable cup. Not really environmentally sound and just a horrible experience. Read more

When it comes to drinks never had a problem but when it comes to food at lunch time they're always in a rush and the last two... times I've had brown and black lettuce both on my sandwich as well as the chicken bowl. ???? Read more

Came in on Saturday July 16th at 10 am with my wife. Only 6 customers ahead of us. Waited 20 minutes for our order to be place.... The reason for so long I noticed the cashier is responsible for taking order, pouring coffee and packing donuts including Timbits. After our breakfast in the restaurant Around 11:02 am. We want to place take out order for the family. We thought maybedrive will be fasted as only 5 cars in the line. We were wrong, it took 25 minutes to get our order placed. Management need toschedule more staffs working in order to have the traffic moving. HORRIBLE service! Will not come back to this location. Otherlocations servise are really fast. Read more

This is THE worst Tim Hortons ever. If you do decide to come to this location just swallow your spit and go to another location... I could guarantee you you will get better service and in a more timely manner. This is the only location where it takes 15minutes in the Drive-Thru to get a small black coffee because the store is closed at 3:00 p.m. why? nobody knows... I think theowner of this location should find another profession because clearly this is not it for him. Read more

Very bad service at this Tim Horton. I placed my order via mobile order service and waited more than 10 mins then I found the... store closed early at 3pm on Sunday today. That?s ok then I went to pick up my order from drive through and clearly told thestaff I had the mobile order and read her the order number. I reached counter window and then the lady told me she didn?t hearme saying the mobile order and told me to go around the line again as they need time to make the sandwich. Not even an apologyand just told me to line up all over again. Mobile order has been ordered more than 10 mins ago, why I have to line up all overagain? Totally unprofessional and wasting my time!
