This McDonald?s need to do better. The line is always wrapped around the building blocking traffic and it?s not because they are... good or fast. This place is soooo slow. You wait forever to get your food then when you get to the window to pick up your orderthere is always some employees out there smoking but the line is wrapped around the building. They say new owners took over;well it?s worse off now than it ever was under the old owner. Read more
Ordered two burgers and two large fries. Got to the window and they gave me the order. Looked in the bag and only got 1 large... fry. Asked for them to check the order, they did and said I will be right back. Gave me the order and on my way I went. Gethome and look in bag, they took the order of fries and split it between two boxes...........seriously! Absolutely rediculous,terrible service is an understatement today. I could care less about employee shortages and all the other excuses that peoplecome up with. No excuse for this. There was no credit card machine shortage when they took my money lol. Often VERY busy. We got mcflurries - they just dumped a few oreo crumbles in, didn't bother to mix it in. A day or two ago I... stopped inside for some breakfast burritos, not realizing that they'd already switched to the lunch menu. The order takercheerfully arranged to get them. Ordered a big mac meal and a plain cheeseburger with fries. 25 minutes later, my ticket is finally filled. Absolutely sad and... wrong to call it fast food. While it is not their concern that I was trying to hustle to another engagement, this location isextremely mismanaged. Thinking food prep does not start for 5 to 10 minutes after the orders are placed. Staff seemed to wanderand not know what was their job. Other customers appeared frustrated Long with me.
