12 years ago when I worked at pizza hut, the P'zone was basically a medium pizza with whatever toppings you wanted spread all... over half of it and the other half of the dough folded over on top. Now the P'zone is the same folded over medium pizza dough,but about one piece of each condiment you ordered, a speck of cheese, and nothing but bread dough. It's no wonder pizza hut hasgone bankrupt across the entire Midwest. Read more

Stopped in here for lunch last Sunday. Wasn?t too busy maybe half capacity. I could tell they were short staffed so I tried to... be patient but we sit there 15min before we even got drinks. Every customer in the building had food on their table and thewaitress didnt show much interest in taking our order. She said she had to clear tables then she could take our order, nobodywas waiting to be seated so clearing tables could wait. We walked out. This place needs a manager. Read more
Had the meaty pasta it was good, took 15 min. To get waited on , 40 min. After waiting for over 36 minutes for my relatively small order to be ready, when I arrived, I was met with attitude and told... that it was going to be 20+ more minutes. I understand that it can become busy, but that is no excuse for the lack of decorum.This ?deal with it? approach the employees have here has always been prevalent, but it?s never been this blatant. Always one of the better Pizza huts in north western Nebraska. I feel like they take the extra step in preparing their food.... From making sure all the pasta is covered in sauce when it's baked, to covering pizza in cheese from edge to edge. Ingredientsalways taste fresh. Just wish that maybe they were open an hour or two later when I'm hungry late at night. But yeah, one of thebest pizza hut's ive been to. Read more
