This restaurant has gone downhill fast in the last 3 or 4 months. I used to buy the Black and Blue at least once a week and... sometimes more. They no longer carry it! I ordered inside on 7-25 at 7:16pm. The young lady was so friendly and her makeup was on point.. She definitely has a great... customer service personality. Absolutely terrible. There are several better places very nearby-please go there. 1) wait time ridiculous but we were in line... in the drive thru and no way out. They could have easily asked the lead car to pull ahead and then bring their order out to themsince that was the main cause of the extended wait 2) chicken was old, dry, inedible but we did not see that until we got home,20 minutes away (who returns when gas is five bucks a gallon?) 3) At the drive thru window to pay, I had my doubts when seeinghow there was old dirt, dried food near the soda fountain, and general uncleanliness.
