This place used to be enjoyable. Price's are always changing up and down. The manager was eating food the whole time infront of... the cooking area and handling people's food with the same glove's. Even went as far as arguing with and older lady (she was anemployee) infront of customers. And when i received my order it was wrong and when i brought it up to the manager he justscooped the food with his hand threw it on the pan and just added what was missing instead of redoing it the right way. Less than mediocre. Don?t bother ordering online because it won?t be ready when you get there. For some reason they make the... waffle before the food so you get a cold waffle along with whatever else you unfortunately ordered. Eggs were stink, mushy andsitting in some type of liquid. I got a sausage cheese omelet plate with hashbrowns. Omelet was not whipped with the mixing tool so it was flat instead of... fluffy and my hashbrowns were cooked totally messed up. Super clean friendly staff, the grill person this sunday morning was great always moving always sweeping and wipeing down even... under grill spaced. Best of all always changing his gloves, he earned his super star shirt This unit is now our go to store,and even they might be packed we never waited more than 15 min. I ordered over the phone about 45 minutes ago. My husband brought the food to me and it was all wrong, so I called back and... spoke to someone that stated they would do my order over, I said please make sure my pork chops are they way I stated, shestated she will. when he brought it back it was the same thing as if I never took the order back . Hash browns burnt, Toastburnt, eggs running suppose to be fried and my pork chops are not what I ask for. Cheese mushrooms onions on the pork chops butthey still are plain. I?m not going back a third time or calling. I guess I wasted my money???? I?ve never experienced a problemhere. This is my experience the first time bk in along time.
