Amy and Holly!! Amazing!! But if they aren't working... I don't go in... In reality as a customer.. all I really need is a... Refill.. And Amy ALWAYS keeps them coming! And she always gives me one to-go without me asking. Their food is delish! The bestcook they have is sometimes serving.. ????Please keep the blond girl on food!! Her cooking is the best!!!!! I'm from CT so only my 3rd time ever eating at a Waffle House. Thanksgiving evening, I was surprised they were even open. The... women working behind the counter gave us a big huge welcome with a smile, she was decked out in a festive Thanksgiving outfit, Iloved it! We were staying in a near by hotel, bringing food back to our room. I had mentioned that to her while ordering. Iasked if she'd be able to package some condiments to go, she said no problem. Food was ready quickly. When we got back to ourroom, we were bummed when we realized we didn't have any utensils. We open the bag to find she put utensils in the bag for us!!!Along with the condiments we asked for, she even through in a Waffle House sauce that I had never had before. It was delicious.Food was great! Staying in a hotel/being away from home is always a bit stressful and she just made our night. Great customerservice! I wish I looked at her name so I could give her proper kudos. We'll def stop back in next time we're in town. Read more
Ordered carryout, simple process. Web page on phone is clunky and for one time likely order, wasn't going to mess with... app. Ordered hash brown bowl with sausage and eggs sunny up add onion. GOT... Hash browns cooked one side rest was mushy likewas just steam cooked. Sausage I thought was a couple patties chopped with spatula. Mine was run thru a meat grinder. I'veseen chunkier ground beef, kinda gross... Was likely what they use for the ucky gravy?? The eggs scrambled... Nothing on ticketwas scrambled... The ticket even spelled out 2 slices of American cheese... Only got one. Because it was carry out I knew itwouldn't be hot by time I got home and am perfectly fine with it... But when ya pay 25 bucks for 2 breakfasts and one iscompletely wrong (oh I guess the onions were right). It's not pleasing... Really you burnt the biscuit for biscuits and gravy and thought covering it with gravy would make it ok. I know the cook saw it... was burned I know the waitress had to of seen it burn..it was the top side ..just may another real quick why would you serve it Read more
Surprised how poor the service was on this visit. Waitress was serving others that came in after. She had to ask me if I needed... a menu. Ordered coffee with creamer but had to ask twice for creamer at that time coffee was cool. For a Sunday the atmospherewas steady but busy. Need better servers to keep up with WH. Very friendly service! Food was even better! Hot fresh and clean place. Will definitely make this our go to waffle house!
