Ordered online, pick-up was set for 750. I get there at 745. They haven't even started on the order, I am standing there at the... online pick up spot and the lady just keeps doing subs for other people(aprox 7 subs) till I get fed up and actually do the linesince it was the only way to get her attention without making a scene. Proceed to tell her that i had ordered 40 minutes agoonline. Proceeds to do my order, i walk away to cool off, i go back to get my order and drive home 3(minute drive) sub isfreezing cold cause it was not heated and they did not give me the cookie that i paid for my pregnant wife(hope y'all don't haveto deal with a pregnant woman with cravings). I sound like a Karen, I know but this was just mind blowing how horrible theywere. Read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen obviously subway doesn?t care about this place because the reviews have been the... same for two years and it?s still just as bad 30 min for a sandwich,employees who move at the slowest pace known to man while 10people are waiting in line, if you find yourself here just walk 5 steps to the right and get Panda Express in 15 seconds for thesame price and double the food Read more

Typically decent, but they have a rotating door of employees and I was kept waoting for over thirty minutes on a sandwich while... people after me got served because one of the employees thought it was funny. Read more

This is a new level of low. Absolutely the slowest service I?ve ever experienced and the employee Heiven has a TERRIBLE... attitude. She rolled her eyes at literally everything I said, and the other customers. A customer said he wanted lettuce,tomato, onion, and mayo and she rolled her eyes at him and said ?you want lettuce. Wait until I?m done? and made him stateeverything individually. I get that people have bad days but she?s like this every time I come in. I won?t be coming back untilshe?s gone. Read more

Being on base I already have low expectations. But this takes the cake. Asked for my chicken to be heated up. As I was... distracted by the other sandwich I was giving direction on I never noticed that my chicken was never heated up. So my wife bitinto a frozen piece of chicken when we got home. My other sandwich was cold as well. The time it took to make the sandwichescould be measured with a calendar.....it was slow. Please improve your hiring and quality. You do realize there is anotherSubway right up the street.....act like you have competition or something. Read more

Workers are slow, and that has been consistent over the past 6 months I've gone here regularly. Food was worth the wait, until... they started regulating portions to tiny sizes without adjusting cost. Now, would NOT recommend. Read more

Absolutely the SLOWEST EMPLOYEES KNOWN TO MAN. I?ve never seen people move so slow in my life to just make a sandwich. This is... like the 5th horrible experience I?ve had at this location and I just keep hoping it?ll get better but it never does. They havezero sense of urgency. No one wants to stand in line for 15 minutes when there?s only TWO people in front of you so that ONE ofthe TWO employees working can help you while the other one makes bread at snail speed. I have NO experience working in fast foodand I know for a FACT I could have made everyone in line a sub at half the speed it took her to make mine. I don?t understandwhy they continuously hire the worst employees at this location. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Read more

Lines are usually very long due to only having two or three people working max. I reccomend ordering your sub online through the... app, it saves me from the lines every time. Other than that, food is usually good and the dining area is almost always keptclean. Read more
