Ordered online today. When I arrived the young Indian man that was at the counter asked if I needed help. There was practically... no-one there but him and I. I told him, I had an online order, and he told me I have to wait 10 minutes. Granted he was notdoing anything when I arrived. I said okay sat down, he started working on 2 orders for online orders I supposed. Asked me whatwas my name, yelling from one end to the store to the other. Once I tell him my name , he says ok not you, and started to dohand gesture like go sit down. Disrespectful.!, After 10 minutes when people start coming in, he points at the little shelf theyhave, and don't tell me that he put the cup for my soda inside the subway bag. I understand that the food industry is in ashortage of workers right now, but customer service and food quality should always come first. I will not be back, spend mymoney elsewhere. Read more
Save your money and just get normal meat. Whether you get deluxe, or double meat while ordering ahead you get less than standard... meat compared to other subways I frequent. Also, skip special instructions when ordering via mobile, they won't read it.Theynever participate in and Subway deals. I'd rather pay the delivery fee via Uber Eats or whatever from another subway.
