The few times that I've been to this particular location have always been outstanding. The employees were friendly &... accommodating while taking my order then presenting it to me. The food was hot, fresh & did not taste like it was cooked in dayold grease. Read more

Second time I?ve been to this location in 2-weeks and have had great hot good meals. The chicken was so good. And, customer... service was surprisingly good. Just be hesitant of going through the drive through window. They?re not so nice compared to goinginside. I?ll definitely be a return customer. Read more
Went to the drive thru to pick up a mobile order for a 24 piece chicken and 48 piece nuggets. Also ordered 3 large sweet teas... while we were there. When we got to the window, the cashier told the staff she needed the mobile order and the reply was anangry "she's gonna have to come in. We ain't got that. We haven't even dropped them in the grease yet." It felt like my $50order was an imposition and not welcomed. I regret giving them my money and won't ever put them out again. They literally don?t listen here. Every time I go my order is in correct. The only reason I kept trying was because of how close... this location is. But tonight was the last time. I ordered a 3 piece meal, mild, dark meat with macaroni and cheese. I received3 spicy wings and fries. When I said I?m sorry I ordered Mac and cheese not fries the kid didn?t saying just took the food back.They threw a scoop of Mac and cheese in a bowl (as pictured) and handed it back without saying anything. The Mac and cheese hadthis layer around it that was very rubbery. They were out of biscuits yet nothing to make up for the fact you are paying forsomething and not receiving it. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, then asked to pull forward for another 8+ minutes. No one was particularly friendly.... Out of the dessert item. Not good. This was also before the lunch rush. July 2019 update: still BS... out of the first twothings I chose. Will never revisit! 2021 update: Still garbage. I just went through the drive-through at this Popeyes. They actually for as busy as they were. They were pretty expeditious and... getting the food out it?s hot my order was cooked right and what I ordered was right. It seems to be pretty well run. the systemis working good and the manager was in there just doing everything that she needed to do to keep it going smooth. I have nothingbad to say about this place. It?s a great place to eat, and the crew seem to be very organized. Read more
