Seems quality is going down. Plus asked an Old Fashioned donut which is a plain cake donut but it was glazed. A glazed donut is... a raised donut. And BOY I wish they'd bring back THE DUNCAN DONUT, THE ONE WITH A HANDLE. Read more
I know prices have gone up but wow they only put a teaspoon of jelly in the donuts. I bought 4 and all of them had the same... amount. I dont know if it's the person making them or Management told them to put the least amount possible. The other two I goto is fine so idk. The service was fine and the store was clean. I know donuts aren?t expensive but that?s still my hard earnedmoney wasted. So I make a point to drive to the Cane Bay location because their donuts and customer service is a 10 star! Read more
Arrived at drive thru line at 905 on Sunday morning and waited for 20 minutes to get to the order microphone. Proceed to wait 25... minutes with no one answering. Let's see. Been here several dozen times. Past four and five times it's noticeably going downhill and fast. So much so, I think... I'm done with this place. Hash browns are usually cold. Coolata usually is already separating at the bottom. We order on the appless than five minutes before going, and we live about five minutes away. Never have the donuts we order at all. Isn't the appsupposed to alert you they don't have something so you can choose something else? Apparently not! Oh and today's meal was thelast straw. Does this look like a five dollar sandwich? Check the image attached. But don't worry, they seem to be enjoyingthemselves here as we could hear someone singing in the back of the drive thru. The staff, esp the miss on the mic, was super helpful with my order (I had never been to Dunkin? before, shocker I know) but it... was my coworkers birthday so I was getting drinks and donuts. She helped me figure out what to get, super patient and kind.That?s so rare these days but it makes the world a better place. She deserves a raise but no idea what her name is. Great coffee! Great atmosphere, awesome merchandise, delicious donuts and a selection to choose from, delicious coffee! Coffee... is better than Starbucks and if you are in the lobby you get free refills. Plus they have free Wi-Fi an outdoor seating withumbrellas. Read more
