Pulled up to the drive thru and the menu was half missing due to the boards that had fallen in the menu case.i was the only one... in line and had to wait a long time for my order. Once I received it the food was luke warm as well. Also, noticed employeeshanging out front smoking cigarettes and not working. I would avoid this place. Read more

It was delicious, I got two whoppers for $5.30 with a deal off of there app. I love whoppers, they are my favorite fast food... burger out there, the flame grilled patty tastes the most like a handmade burger from a lake party. I would recommend anytimegoing there check the app for a deal and save a few dollars. On top of all that the place was really clean and the guy thathelped me was kind and helpful. Read more

My order was messed up they left my wife's whopper out of the bag. I drove back and asked for my order to be remade so we could... eat a hot meal and they refused to do that. They said that they would only make me a whopper. I got it home and they gave me adouble chz whopper instead of a whopper. Wife does not like chz on her hamburger. We ate elsewhere. $20 wasted. Never again BK. Read more

I hate this Burger King on Red Bank road in Goose Creek, They have really gone downhill???? the service sucks!!! you try to... order something through drive-through either the speaker is broken or they are straight up ignoring you. I go to open the doorto come inside and it?s locked and there are two young kids running around in the lobby probably the lady at the drive throughchildren and if so ,that is so wrong Burger King is not a daycare it?s a place a business that serves food. i?m never coming tothis Burger King again, anybody else reading this you need to follow me and do the same thing the service is trash Read more

I feel like I need to share this experience with you guys. My wife ask me to stop by Burger King and grab the family Whoppers!... As I pulled up to the drive-thru to order, I was greeted by a young man's voice on the speaker. Before I could say anything, Iheard giggling and laughter. The voice on the speaker said.. "sorry our system is down" "we lost power" "grilles are down" and"we can't take any orders"! All of this sounded ackward and not exactly right. So I pulled around to find the kids playing 2kbasketball on the big screen in the lobby. Amazing how they had power to run that system and the time to just sit and get paidto do nothing but play games at work!! Are you hiring cause I have a few children you can look after at this daycare center socalled Burger King!! Fyi, I don't mind posting the video... Hands down BK, you failed a family that driver 10miles to get thisfood!! Read more

Oh boy. This store is a real piece of work. Multiple times now I've gone there and problems existed. Tonight was the last straw.... Show up after ordering through mobile. Spent five or ten minutes waiting because their system was down. No instruction on whatto do about canceling the order. The individual on the speaker clearly didn't know what to do. It was pouring and my door gotsoaked talking to this kid behind the speaker. Ended up leaving and figuring out there's a way to make a ticket through theapp. Why does the app say the order was successful if the system is down? Why do employees not have a quick response when thesystem is down and someone has a mobile order. Could have given me steps to resolve the issue in two minutes. According toGoogle we were there for 24 minutes in total. Completely unacceptable. I'm starting to wonder who manages these stores in thisarea. They need a serious change. Starting to think I shouldn't deal with Burger King at all at this point. Perhaps I'll lookinto sending a complaint to corporate as there have been many problems at multiple locations now. Read more

This is by far the best and only burger King I would go to in town. However, yesterday was the first time we simply could not... get service. Around 5ish and we sat at the drive through - nothing - drove up to window - could see people but nothing - signon door said drive through open. - did it again - nothing. We eventually just left. I really hope this was a fluke becausewithout this burger King no whoppers for Charleston. Read more
