First of all the cashier up front who took my order had the personality of a dead flea. I could tell she didn?t want to be there... and also she didn?t care that I was there. She wasn?t rude, just totally disinterested. Secondly I wanted to try the newhamburger you have. It was just ok, nothing special about it, just a hamburger. And it most certainly wasn?t worth $6.00. Icould have gotten one from Burger King or McDonalds for half the price and I guess that?s what I will do from now on. I feellike I wasted $6:00 and for me that?s too much to waste. Read more
I ordered a beef and cheddar with crinkle cut fries. The sandwich had cheddar all over the outside of the bun. Whoever made it... didn't even put the red sauce on it. Fries had absolutely no salt. Was not impressed. Read more
5/2 Service was fine, but there really should be more chicken salad on this *chicken salad sandwich*. We ordered two -the other... one was as expected, not at all lacking like the one pictured here. Pretty disappointing, since the pecan chicken salad is theonly reason we went to Arby's. 6/6 So it's a month later and we gave them another chance. They did worse the second time, so Itook a star. Don't waste your money on this $6.00 no-chicken-salad sandwich. Also, I've tried multiple times to fill out thecomment form the owner requested in response to this review -it returns an error and can't be submitted so it isn't of much use. Read more
