First time here. I was really excited to try since I love diners. Sadly this location was a bit too small and not very clean.... The ladies working all seemed very nice and seemed to enjoy working together which is always nice to see. For being calledwaffle house they really didn't have many waffle options. The were thin too and that was really sad to see. The food was goodeither way but I wish they were bigger..they might as well be pancakes. The price on the other hand is what really made me givethis place 3 stars if not it would be a 2. You can get a waffle, eggs, hash browns, toast and meat side for about 11 dollars andsome change. Let me first say the young lady in the picture that served us our food. You got to love it, pretty face, nice smile, and that... personality oh my goodness!!!! Even if the food was somewhat nasty she made it taste okay because of her personality now withthat said the waffle house that day was not on point. The waffle mix must have been off because the waffle was off, also Iordered my T-bone steak medium rare and it did not show up medium rare, nor did it have char marks on it, but again the foodwasn't bad it just was not to my expectations and their grits that day Yeah she warned me not to get them I should havelistened. Went during the Sunday after-church rush hour so had to wait. Once we got seated, service was fast and efficient. The 10 or so... waffle irons 5 feet away from us had so much disgusting waffle detritus around them and on the floor, ugh! But the food wasgood. So...mixed bag. Read more
What's not to love? Good breakfast at a decent price. I had the peanut butter waffle - tiny PB chips are sprinkled on top and it... was delicious! This place is small and we had to sit at the counter but we enjoyed watching the staff hustle. Would go back. Read more
Would of gave them 5 stars until the service I got just now.. last week I received burned bacon, missing hash browns from my... order, and when I brought it up to the girl behind there counter tonight the only thing she had to say was "it happens" I comehere once I week faithfully and that was the first time it was a different cook and I just wanted to give feedback but aftertonight I probably will just go back to iHop across the street. It was FREEZING cold inside this joint. It had to be no warmer than 50 degrees inside. When asked why it was so cold, the staff... stated, "We have to look out for the cook". My goodness. There wasn't but one person in there when we arrived and the grillwasn't even fired up! Geez, Louis! We had to go outside to thaw out while awaiting the food. First time visiting. Went on a Thursday morning around 9am. It was busy but upon arrival they had 2 empty tables that has not... been cleaned. I was with my 2 toddlers and after waiting about 5mins few other guests were waiting behind me. They looked fullystaffed but due to miscommunication nobody took the time to clean the tables. Waited about another 2mins before the tables werecleaned and we were seated. Our waitress was nice and our food arrived in a timely manner. Compared to the tollerson and phoenixrestaurants this is very small. I won?t return but I recommend especially for 1st time guests. Read more
