We ordered at 6:15 pm and it?s currently 9:44pm and we still have not received the order. We called multiple times to see what?s... going on and it reached a point where they started screw out calls because they didn?t want to face the fact that they hadforgotten our order over the 4 times we inquired about where our order was. Real sketchy to get our order and have our cardinformation and then treat us like absolute garbage. We have been coming here for 3 years about two times monthly. Then thedriver brings the wings and they gave us 27 total after we ordered 50. This place needs to take a step back and figure what?sgoing on. Read more

We came with a group of eight people for lunch. The restaurant was not busy, but it took forever to get a waitress to take our... drink and food order. After placing our orders all the food came out in thirty minutes except one chicken salad. The waitresswho was originally helping us disappeared. Another waitress went to check on the salad and never came back. Finally, afterforty five minutes a third waitress brought it out. We were never asked if we would like another drink or our water refilled. Wehad to wave down our third waitress to get anything. We all patiently waited for our check and requested assistance from whomwe believed to be the manager to clear our table and refill our drinks. No such luck! He explained he would send someone over.Nope! No one came over. At this point we had enough. We chaseded down our orginal waitress, who was outside smoking for ourcheck. Not a good experience at all. I forgot to mention the women's restroom was horrible. I did not know how to attach myphoto's, but I have plenty of them. We had a large group, doing a charity ride for autism. Stopped in to get some food. They seated us then came over and asked us... to leave because they have a no cuts/colors policy. So we left and went to Augie's right down the road, had the BEST service andfood. The staff were AMAZING at Augie's! I recommend Augie's if you want good service and food. Read more

No wait seated quickly. Food selection was great. I think they need to change the oil in their fryer more often because the... chicken tenders I ordered for my son looked BURNT! I'm not talking slightly I'm talking they looked like they were dropped andforgotten about. Our server asked the cooks to remake them and the second batched looked just as bad. Read more

Went on a Saturday night and hated this location. The waiter rolled her eyes at us when she seen the hostess seat us in her... section. My drink was absolutely disgusting I barely drank any of it. I paid $9 with out tip for two sips of trash. The wholeestablishment was dirty and not well managed. I will not be returning. Read more

I had a farewell dinner for my whole family, which is a bit overwhelming, they seated us right away which was great, we didn't... have to wait. Just visited Tailgaters on Estrella at about 5pm on Sunday afternoon.... can't rate anything beyond the customer service and... cleanliness or what I felt was a lack there of. First coming in the door, the two young ladies at the door ignored usinitially. After a couple of minutes of standing there, they acknowledged us, seated us and provided no menu's. The floor wasgreasy/slippery under my feet, and the table had not been wiped. We sat there for several minutes waiting for menu's. Agentleman came to our table without menu's and looking displeased. He proceeded to what I feel was rudely tell us that ourcoffees that had just been purchased in the same parking lot were not allowed..... we explained that we'd just got them at DitchBros... he said we could have put something in them.... We said thank you and left.... we didn't spend the $35.00 we'd havespent today, but will also never spend any of the future money we possibly could have spent with them. I understand that thismay be a liquor license issue, but other options could have been presented.
