The food was okay but the guy behind the counter switch me and my wife's sandwiches halfway through so her turkey sub had Mayo... and a bunch of jalapenos on it so she could not even eat it so she had to take my sub and eat it it seems like every time we goto this Subway they just mess everything up I think I'll start going to a different one Read more

I ordered online, and they completely messed up my order. I wanted a foot long on white bread not toasted and got wheat bread... toasted. They also didn?t put lettuce, tomatoes, or the baja sauce i ordered. They left off half the things i ordered, if i?mpaying $10 for a sandwich, i would hope i would get what i ordered. Read more

I ordered thru the subway app. I've never had an issue with this location til today. I always put in the special instructions... bread could be replaced if out of Italian herbs and cheese. My boyfriend went to pick up the order and said they had to remakeit since the new girl didn't see that special instructions were in case they were out. He gets home and I open all the subs. Allof them are on Italian instead of herbs and cheese. Apparently people don't know how to read and follow instructions. I get thatthey are training new people but follow instructions and read. This is just sad that not one sub was done correctly. Alltoppings and sauces were wrong too. So I'll just go to a different location since this one can't get orders or read specialinstructions correctly. Plus the girl who was on the register can't figure out change?? May want to teach your staff readinginstructions and how to count change/bills right...???????? Read more

Went on a Tuesday around 8pm I was the only one there I didn?t get greeted because they were to busy cleaning but after maybe... 3min this young lady with black hair said hi our ovens are already off for tonight and due to almost closing time were out ofsome stuff I looked at the time there was still 45min till closing time but I just walked out because clearly they didn?t wantto work they just wanted to go home. Horrible experience as we went there at 8:40 PM because they closed at 9 and we have get there and it is ALREADY closed!! A... parent was standing at the entrance door knocking to pick up their child and indicated to us that they are constantly closingearly. The manager girly came out who looked about 18 and said that the general manager told them to close early When we askedfor a phone number of corporate or the manager's name and number they indicated that they didn't know what it was. Apparentlythis is an ongoing thing to close early with this location. Never going there again. They lost our business! Read more

What am awful expirence. ???? I had my husband pick me up a sandwich since I hadn't eaten all day and what I got was very... upsetting. No meat really and really nothing on the sandwich itself. Also my husband made very clear...light on themustard. Thanks Subway. I didn't get to eat much for even a longer time after spending what we had for food that day. Won't bemy choice again. Read more

Sakura The assistant manager that works there needs to be retrained. I ordered a 12 inch sandwich online, I didn?t care to... double check the bag because I trusted that they double check before they place it in a ready for pick up. When I arrived home Ihad a 6 inch sandwich. The only thing that she could do was apologize and take responsibility for the mistake given that she wastraining the person that was preparing the order. I asked to speak to the owner and she refused to give me their information shealso refused to give me the store managers name. we ordered a doordash order to which they told us there was no veggie patty?s which cost us an extra 1.25. had to wait for the... order to be made when arrived and made one of the sandwiches completely incorrect. put ranch instead of mayo on sandwich andforget half of the veggies on it. horrible experience Read more
