My favorite starbucks is this one probably because my favorite barista works here lol. Anissa is the best, she knows her drinks... including exact amounts and portions. I like all starbucks but this one definitely stands out by far. I would highly recommendthis location to any one looking to try starbucks for their first time or to anyone who already enjoys starbucks to give thislocation a try. 5 star rating plus 2 thumbs up. It?s disappointing when I go in for a cup for my wife that had the shelf stocked full of the same cup to leave for 10 minutes to... shop the store that this Starbucks is inside of , to come back to buy the cup and find out they sold the whole shelf to oneperson, I think it?s wrong everyone else can?t get a cup just so one single person can go sell that cup for 3 times the valueonline. But it?s not that one person fault I would say it?s the store itself for not controlling this better. And I won?t talkabout their attitude they have, seems it?s a common issue at this location. Horrible customer service, if I could give a zero I would. Normally I love going here , and always leave tips because of the... service but today the girl running the register had a bad attitude. Made sure to make people?s drinks behind me first, andhanding mine to me had to give her little smirk smile. Great way to make your regulars choose a different coffee place . Read more
This Starbucks is awful. Several times now our drinks have been wrong, tastes bad or terrible customer service. This time we... waited in line for about 45 minutes! When we left we realized one of them wasn?t even our drink order and the other tastesnasty. We ended up going to the one in Target and remade our drinks. We get more bad drinks than we do good. I ordered Vanilla iced coffee with almond milk... i have never seen one this dark but suprisingly enough it still taste good.
