I?m getting really upset. I order the same things all the times and it seems certain teenagers that work there really don?t care... how it?s made. I got a drink today that has huge chunks of ginger. The owner recommended the drink to me and I loved it. Now I?malmost done going there because I?m wasting my money and dealing with rude people who work there. The owners are amazing but alot of the staff is very rude and doesn?t care about the quality of the food. How am I suppose to drink my drink now with hugechunks of ginger that make it impossible to enjoy. The young lady making my açai bowl literally stopped went and opened both doors outside looking for me and then went bright... back inside without switching her gloves and continued to touch the fruit to go inside my bowl. I asked why she didn?t switchher gloves and she said that she didn?t even think of it. They did not offer to remake my bowl for me and I am simply disgusted.That is a health code violation. How many customers come in and out of this establishment touching the doors and she didn?t evenconsider to change her gloves or wash her hands. Read more

My fiancé and I frequent this location and today?s experience was a good example as to why: I ordered a BYO smoothie. I didn?t... include a fruit in the order, so essentially my order had no base. The staff made the smoothie, and it came out looking watereddown and funky. Obviously I made the order so I wouldn?t have said anything, but right away Emmett (and another individual, butI didn?t catch their name) kindly offered to redo smoothie froyo and troubleshooted what went off with it. Stopped by because I was craving a healthy smoothie. I ended up getting the Mango Tumeric Madness with an added energy shot. For... my kids I got the Queen of all Greens with added immunity. My kids loved it and I love that they were able to get some veggieservings in. I spent $25 on 3 small smoothies so about as expensive as any other smoothie/drink spots. Read more

I have to edit my previous 5 star review, as their service and quality has gone way down (see photos of 2 different avocado... toasts that they gave us, both photos taken within 5 minutes of receiving them). Orders are frequently wrong (including leavingout items that we paid extra for), there?s no acknowledgement/attempt to make it right, and the service is really lacking. Staffwill pretend not to see you when you arrive for an online order. Overall I?m disappointed, as we used to come here all the time.We will be finding somewhere else to regularly order from!
