We arrived and we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress took our drink order and they were brought out quickly. She... came back and took out food order and that also was brought out fairly quickly. The food was good and my kids enjoyed it. After we received our order though our waitress never came back to our table. We weren't able to get refills on our drinks ororder more fries. We got here about an hour and a half before it closed & we didn't feel rushed by the waitstaff. The burgers were definitely... good. The gripes I have is that we asked for a medium burger & we got a well done burger. & we also were never gave anymorefries once we finished ours. I know that isn't a big deal, but that's why we love the bottomless side aspect of Red Robin. Read more

It?s a good burger. It?s pricey for a small burger and they serve the swiss cheese and mushroom burger is a bit messy. They slap... the mushroom around the buns. Next time I will just go in Jack in the box. It?s cheaper and with the drink and a good curlyfries. Read more

I bought some mr. Beasts burgers from here and not only did my food arrive late, there was no meat patty on a simple two burger... order. There's no way to get a hold of them to give a refund because this is not worth 40.00 dollars. Very poor service, willcontact my bank to give a refund. Read more

I was trying to be healthy (as you can be at red robin) and I ordered the "Keep it Simple" burger with the veggie patty. I was... second guessing myself after ordering, wondering if I would be let down. Buy I have to tell you, I was very surprised by howdelicious it was! And I didn't feel so guilty after eating it. Prices are decent, food is good, but the service is horrible. Nice that they have a "cheese fondue", but it's a shame that it... was brought out ten minutes after I started eating. Would have been nice to have while my food was warm. Oh, and they havethis awesome thing called "bottomless fries", the point behind it is that essentially its "all you can eat" fries. Awesome,except when you have a waitress like ours who never checked on the table. The wife and I were staring at each other, hopingwe'd get drunk refills, but no. There's this cool little tablet thing on your table that has a button to order refills. Triedthat, it said there were no current beverages so that didn't work. Finally,after about 20 min of waiting, the waitress ispassing by, looks in our direction and the wife says "water and fries please". It's not often you go to a restaurant and feellike you're bothering the wait staff. Again, food is good. Prices are reasonable. ????I won?t be coming back and that?s probably why I haven?t for a long time. The burgers are the only food that taste good. The... fries are one of the worst, I rather choose their yukon chips. Kids pizza were not fresh tasted like straight from the freezer.On top of that our waitress only checked on us one time which we were missing a few items like fries and 2 other things. If wedidn?t tell the missing items we probably won?t be getting it. It was not that busy I don?t understand why she is like that.Apple bees is twice as better and they do have more adult drinks.
