I've ordered a delivery pizza about once a month for years. Today, 9/10/22 is the LAST pizza I will order from this location.... They basically deliver the pan pizzas raw. It's gross. There are FAR too many pizza delivery places to deal with raw dough. I'mwriting to corporate offices to complain. Read more

Driver just dropped the food at the front door and took off down the street before I could get to door (less than 1 minute from... doorbell). I didn't request the food drop off option. If driver was afraid of covid, then he should not be a delivery driver,ever. Between bad service like this and becoming a "Woke" company, Pizza Hut has fallen to the bottom of my quick-delivery foodordering list. Read more
When I order directly from app ; on the official pizza hut app Im under the assumption I would get a pizza hut employee... delivering the pizza? Nope it?s doorDash. Used delivery. While pizza came in a short amount of time, both boxes were soaked with grease. It appeared that the delivery... guy did not sit the pizzas on an even surface- like he probably placed the bag in the passenger seat of his car. nearly half ofthe crusts of both pizzas were soggy and stuck to the box. I understand it was busy in New Years Eve . The store was very busy and ran out of some ingredients but still took the time to... complete my order. It was 30-45 minutes wait but I was satisfied with the pizza. We were offered/given a refund. I just ordered. Received all my food but not my 2 letter. Called several times and no one picked up.
