The pizza made me extremely sick, I ordered around 12pm and since then I've been throwing up. It was the only thing I had to eat... today and its 6pm now and I still don't feel well. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER!!! I am not the type to write a review or complain but this experience was out of line. The manager... is unprofessional at best. I ordered my food online and was sent an email confirming 35 min delivery. I was patient but afteran hour I still hadn't received my delivery so I called in to see what was going on. The manager told me that he was going tocall the delivery driver but did not because I did ask. At this time I was still on hold. I opened my box and my pizza wassoggy and cold. I called the store back on another line and told the manager I was the person he left on hold and let him knowthat my pizza was soggy and cold. Mind you this was the stuffed crust cheese pizza. I asked for some reimbursement for my pizzawhich was cold and soggy and the managers attitude took a change for the worst. I asked if he was the manager and if I could gethis name. He refused. I asked for a corp number and he said it in a childlike taunting tone loud and high pitched. I asked himto repeat the number because i was only able to catch the first 4 numbers due to the way he said it and he refused and hung upon me. Could not have felt more unwelcome!!! I came in, no one smiled or even said hello. They all looked at each other like they were... trying to decide who was going to help me. Finally one gentleman stepped up to the counter and asked if he could take my order,when I started to tell him what I wanted he said, hold on I'm trying to get to that screen first, as if he were annoyed by me.The employee standing behind him even smirked when he said it. The rudest manager I've ever met in my life. I ordered at the wrong time on accident- I'm human, mistakes happen. He threw a fit... like an actual child huffing and puffing and then HUNG UP on me. Contacted corporate and they said they would follow up andnever did. Customer service is dead but this was completely unacceptable. Avoid this location. Read more
Food was great and cooked perfectly as usual. The manager seemed to have an attitude as if he was annoyed to be there. Other... than that the employees were very nice and catered to our special requests on our pizzas. Would recommend to get food here. Read more
usually this location is very on top of their orders however the last order i made with them (through the app) was accepted... before their carry out hours closed, then upon going to pick it up the doors were locked and phone calls went straight to anautomated ?this location is closed?? message, even though their hours list 11pm as actual closing time for delivery orders. ipressed random buttons and was actually sent through and the employee was very flippant and weird about it to the point where ialmost felt bad until i remembered they are supposed to be taking delivery orders still at this time anyway. i was apologeticand explained my mistake , placing a carry out order that was estimated to be ready a little after they closed for carryoutspecifically - though let me emphasize again, they were not fully closed and should at least have been answering phone calls. soyeah weird experience this time to say the least. Manager is awful. Food was inedible at best. I will NEVER order from any franchises owned or managed by Jody. The service both... here and at the Dysart location was horrendous. Ordered extra pepperoni and sausage. Food was dry and burnt. Go to Dominoes. Iwill from here on out. Shame I can't give zero stars. Read more
Ordered $65 worth of food last night at around 7:30pm we were told we would get it around an hour an a half, it didn't arrive... until almost 10pm, we tried calling the restaurant to check on the ETA and no one would answer. When we did finally get the foodit was gross, cold, undercooked and very disappointing! We called the manager Tony today to let them know of our experience andto possibly receive a refund or credit and Tony said sorry, nothing we can do for you. What happened to the customer is alwaysright. We spend 2X the amount and get terrible service and even worse food and we have to pay more. Smh! How much sense doesthat make. If I could give no stars I would have. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location. Read more
