This is the worst little Ceasars I have been to I don't know what they have going on but they need to get more organized and... clearly need to hire more people to get the job done. I only left 1 star because I had to put one to leave a comment. I usuallydo not leave a bad review but this called for it. I ordered my pizza online at 7:45pm I showed up at 8:35 my pizza was not doneI waited inside the store for 45 minutes for someone to tell me o we need to make the cheese pizza still. Then I went to thecounter 10 mins later and they didn't have either pizza so they needed to more the order all over again all of a sudden. Just tobe clear it's now 9:25 and I'm still here. I ordered ahead of time, through the pizza portal, when the time said my order was done. Upon arrival finding out my order... wasn't even made and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my order. Alot of people were waiting for more than an hour fortheir order and were upset, asking for refunds. Maybe a coordinated system needs to be put in place and staff to be morecustomer service oriented. Placed an online order for 19 pizzas on a Saturday & they were able to accommodate the order on time. Come to find out, they had... received multiple 20+ pizza orders that evening & were still able to crank the orders out on top of all the walk-ins. Great &friendly staff! Read more
Little Caesars pizza is good and that?s why it pains me that this is the only location close by. It doesn?t matter if you use... the app, call it in, or pull up to order. This place always makes you wait at least 30 minutes. They could also put a littlemore effort into the cleanliness. While you wait you constantly have to keep shooing the flies away. Read more
I love this place but I think the need to work on their managment team /employees.giving it 3 stars because I order take out... through the app but when the app said it was soposed to be ready I had to wait an extra 25 minutes. We ordered and were told ten minutes. We come back and were told our order needed to be picked up at another location 15 minutes... away. That information was never mentioned to us when we placed our order. We get to the other location to pick it up and halfthe order was never placed in the system even though the cashier we spoke with in the beginning read it back exactly the way weplaced it. We then asked that the rest of the order be made and waited an additional 20 minutes putting our total time fromordering to getting our food at 2 hours. Read more
I don't know why I even came after the last time. Look, nobody is getting Little Caesar's for the quality. It's literally in the... name "Hot and Ready." That's it. It's cheap and you can just pick one up at every one of their stores. Except this one.Literally every time I go they have absolutely zero food. I'm not picky and when I need something fast, I just ask what is readyand that's what I take. I don't understand how this one store doesn't realize that they will sell more food at dinner andprepare accordingly. If your customer count spikes at certain times, then you increase your output that same percent. Everyother chain and every other store in this chain understands that, but for some reason this particular store does not. Read more
3 stars but I don't even know if I want to give it to them. Little Ceasar needs to relax on promoting "Hot N Ready". The few... times we have gone in nothing is ever ready and the wait time is always 20-25 min so they say BUT really it's more like 30 minsor up for wait time. I ordered 1 regular pep pizza because I had a feeling they would not have anything ready (sure enough theydidn't not surprise) I ordered at 8:20 and the pizza was ready at 9. There was hardly any pizza ready for anyone. Also for thepizza to come out the way it did should not have taken that long. Clearly it's more crust then needs to be. Read more
