Giant strand of hair through a few pieces, I call in and the response "Since you started eating it, there's nothing we can do."... Followed with "Well if you come back, we can get you another pizza." No apology, no owning up to it. My child was eating whileI went to grab my slices when I saw it. I understand if I don't have Much product left, options are limited but wow. This is the worst Little Caesar?s in the area. Never fails that orders will take forever and the workers are lame and have no... care or respect for customers. HORRIBLE !!!!!! I made an online order, it said my food would be ready for pickup @703. However my food was not ready, I waited... over an hour from the time it said it would be ready for pickup. The worst part is I spoke with a lady about my order, she saidshe would check on it and then I never seen her again. Until I asked to speak with the manager, Come to find out it was the samelady that I spoke with 45minutes earlier that said she was going to check on my order and never came back. I wish I could put a 0 because they have asked people for exact amount since there isn't change while allowing people to stand... around for 20min prior to telling them no more pizzas are being made. I made an order @ 6:44 Pm on line and they have this page where you can track your order it was 8:48 pm and this tracking was on... the second stage where it?s letting you know it was on the oven is now been 2 Hrs from my order. When I decided to give them acall the woman who answer asked for my name. After I gave this lady my name the lady told me that my order was not yet ready. Ithen told the lady that I made that order 2 Hrs ago. Then she just told me if I wanted to cancel. I would have but my wife hasbeen in the hospital for three days now and I can feed my three kids after a 12 Hrs shift. I told this lady that I didn?t notwanted to cancel. Then she just told me to Waite for it. I then decided to drive to the establishment. When I get there therewas a man there waiting for he?s order when this heavy side woman told him that he?s order had been canceled he walks out and atno time any of those females in that establishment apologize for not having peoples order done or even started on. After thatman left the woman with those fake eyelashes mumble oh well. Then I just stood there waiting on this lady with the fakeeyelashes to acknowledge my presence and help me. No I was just a person there waiting on my order. Unit this guy come out fromthe back and asked the lady worker with the fake eyelashes if she can please help me. Well she said nothing. Worst location! I suggest drive those couple more minutes and drive up to the Litchfield location. Some girl working on June 27,... 2022 at 8:15pm was very much unprofessional. Apart from the restaurant being very low staffed with only 2 people working andabout 10 people waiting in the lobby and no one up front to attend the customers. I placed an order through the phone and waited40 minutes in the lobby till I finally got a workers attention and asked where was my ONE PIZZA and she mentioned she forgot toplace it. Later on.. called and asked for her name and she mentioned she couldn?t disclose that information and there was nomanager on duty. SINCE WHEN?! can?t they mention their name?! This place really needs to management because the people beinghired are not getting the job done. I was one out of 3 who walked out in the span of 40 minutes. Wont be going back, definitelynot.
