This location understands the importance of customer service! I've never had a problem before, but today my sandwich was wrong.... It came standard (french bread, mayo, tomato and lettuce) when I had customized it to be on sliced wheat, no mayo or tomato andadd cucumber, onion & pickle. When I checked the order in the app, I discovered it hadn't saved any of my customization.Normally I would just eat what I received, but I cannot eat mayo.When I called, they were very helpful and understanding. Theysent a new sandwich right away and were very apologetic, even though it wasn't really their fault. Both drivers were quick andfriendly. A+ customer service! I really love Jimmy John's and was looking forward to dinner, I got off work late and this store was the closest to me about... 10 miles and according to the website was verified by direct phone call open until 10 pm. So I drove there and left verydisappointed as it was 9:20 pm and they were closed. Looked like for a while too. Read more
The beach club is one of my favorites from here. I like that they have the option to use sliced bread because I am not a huge... fan of their regular bread. I also like that they have curbside pickup. Read more
I ordered on the app, took 15 minutes to get there and my food wasn't ready. Was told to give them 5-10 minutes. Then I saw... this sign and chuckled. Food was good though. I just found it funny that their whole shtick is how fast they are, then theymake me wait. ???? Read more
Super annoyed! Finally stepped out of the house and stopped in to pick up my sandwich I ordered online. Got home and there wasnt... any peppers on my sandwich. Knowing they don't cost anything I called to let them know and asked what happened. The girl waslike well I cant offer you another sandwich but you can come back here and pick up a side of peppers... Always make great sandwiches. I recently ordered and accidentally put the wrong address which was my fault. Called the store... and they delivered my meal to me with no hesitation. I?m sure the neighbors probably enjoyed their free sandwich too lol Read more
