This place has good customer service by far in AZ! Their employees are always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful (except one... time, LOL-hence the minus star). Love these guys... it's the 2nd closest location that sprouted up after the one on Indian School & Litchfield Rd ... even with... employees that come and go throughout the yrs .. the Service and quality of employees and beverages are ALWAYS AMAZING (Nomatter what Location you visit) ?the pictures I've posted show what my Birthday Drink looked like when I pulled up at theFlagstaff Location this year on my Birthday ? ???? ???????????????????????? ?????????Thank You Dutch Bros Mafia for making myday a "Happy Day" whenever I stop by for my favorite Beverages ????? Granted I go here at 5 am, so I haven't seen how busy it may be later in the morning.. but I am always impressed at how quick... the turnaround is from order to pickup. Never had a bad experience, everyone is super friendly. Oh and the coffee is prettyawesome too! Read more

I'm really not a coffee drinker, but today a frozen drink sounded like a treat. I don't know Dutch Bros menu, as I've never... really been there. I told the guy asking my order that I just wanted something chocolatey and frozen. This is what he came upwith, and he hooked me up! It was delicious and I must say I'll be a returning customer. As we all know it?s always busy when you come to such an amazing coffee shop! So with that being said this location by far as... amazing staff! I live right around the Corner and come every other day and today I had Jen help me and she was very patient withall the cars customers and she was very sweet and helped me with making my decision on my drink! She definitely made myexperience a 10 out of 10 and will deathly be coming back again more because of her and her positive outgoing spirit! Read more
I come here all the time,I waited like 30 min just to get my order taken! And now I?m late for work. I understand maybe you guys... were short staffed. But plan things better. What?s the point of me getting my drink but waiting 10 -15 minutes to be able to getout of the line it?s not smart at all, have cars wait and park until you can get them there orders so that the ones that do havetheir orders can go on with their day!
