Talk about GHETTO!! These rude ladies running the place on Friday night was so unprofessional. They did not flip my blizzard so... guess it?s free right? Swung by for a late night snack. Server at the counter was extremely rude. Said that it was 30 mins to closing and that it was... take out only. I have a hard time standing for long periods so went to sit to wait for my order and was hollered at that theywere closing and I wasn't allowed to sit or grab a napkin!? While other employees just stood around. I have been before and itwas filthy nothing was wiped down, but figured it was because they were super busy. But I think they either have poorly trainedemployees and/or no manager oversight. Not wasting my time or money there again. My simple vanilla cone came out half melted andI know this is probably petty but the signature blizzard flip over wasn't even attempted just shoved over. Great food like always from here but today I wanted to review the store because the lack of urgency and the work ethic was... horrible reminded me why I don't work in fast food. Overall flamethrower was great chili dog good fries were a bit stale and Ilive only 3/6 minutes from here so I know it wasn't the travel. Only thing I see could be better is the employees they are atwork and they need to be professional. Play time is when you are home on your day off or if you call in sick to go to a partyand not work. WORST DQ EVER!!!! I ordered two blizzards. My blizzard which they were supposed to flip and didn?t do was so watery and they... knew it so they put a Sunday lid over it . It spilled all over my clothes and hands. I have pictures and will be posting! Wecould not even eat them. The other one they just filled less and put a regular lid on. Both inedible!!! Complete waste of money!This is the second time I have had a bad experience there. The first time (last week) they made my blizzards wrong and then themanager was rude and told me I was wrong till I proved to her that they put the wrong topping in it and did not even say sorryfor calling me a liar. Then this! Absolutely a disgrace!!!!!! I used to love this DQ but it is completely different now and notfor the good. I?ll be going to Culver?s or Sonic for ice cream from now on. After church, my friends and I went to this Dairy Queen to get an ice cream blizzard. We were met by a very wonderful cashier... name Marnae. She greeted us with a smile and helped us choose which blizzard to try. It is so nice to be treated with kindnessand a smile and that is what this young lady did. They made the blizzard and turned them upside down to make sure they werethick enough. The restaurant was clean the outside where we ate was clean. I will definitely go back to this Dairy Queen for icecream and to try their new burgers. Read more
