Sure this location is good if you happen to just walk in for some ice cream, but both times I've ordered a birthday cake (same... time of the year both times, as a matter of fact) their truck has been *delayed* and they're either out of frosting or chocolatecake. Why advertise custom cakes when you're always out of ingredients to make a custom cake. I ordered the cake a few daysahead of time and they cancel my order and send some half hearted voicemail a day before I'm supposed to pick the cake up. Cheap owner. This is the only location I have ever been to that does not honor ColdStone coupons. They also have a little bit... smaller portion sizes than other locations. You can't really go wrong with Cold Stone ice cream but I would recommend driving alittle further and going to a different location. Read more

I?m not really sure what is going on here. This is the second time in a row my mother and I have ordered the Founders Favorite... and it has been SO wrong, it tastes like an entirely different ice cream. I have to go and check the website to see if theingredients have changed which I?m almost certain they have not so I?m not quite sure what the problem is?? Kind of hidden away in a corner but still a Cold Stone. The obly one lady there had her hands quite full it wasn't busy so it... wasn't bad but it would have been better for her if there was one more set of hands. Ice cream after a warm-ish day was perfect. We went around 3:15pm today and it wasn't busy at all so we were able to order... quickly and leave quickly. This wasn?t the first time it was pointed out to the young man serving us the portions seemed short. Once confronted he started... laughing about it and thought was funny. A young punk and don?t care mentality. A poor attitude and even worst customerservice. The next step is for this place to start weighing their portions on a scale. This young punk goes out of his way toshort serve the customers. You can tell he gets a joy out of doing this. Next visit he will be bypassed. That?s if we go back. My wife and I have been going there since they opened. Well over 10 years. I got my military discount and the punk got awell deserved zero (0) tip. I told him his attitude and short serving got him a zero tip and he said that?s fine. In otherwords he didn?t care. If you notice on the reviews they have no response. BR closed up the road and we thought we would try this cold stone again. The portions were off some cups almost full others were... dripping over, the add-ins poorly mixed, and the customer service stole the excitement we had to get ice cream. The shop is darkand drab.
