I get that Chipotle is busy. But this is a joke. I ordered a delivery through Doordash thinking I could trust the Chipotle staff... to do their job. THIS is not what I expect when I order double meat and pay the extra $3 and I get this trash. Thus is basicallyhalf full! Excuse me?! Shame on you Chipotle. Very understaffed and horrible line for the number of customers. I wouldn?t have waited but that I finished work after 8 pm and... was starving and had more work to do tonight. If I had known beforehand I DEFINITELY would have chosen another location. I?vebeen standing as the next person to order for 5 minutes (after waiting 45 already) Bc there are 10 web orders being filled infront of the in person customers with 10 people in line behind me. None of those outside orders are here to pick up their food.Very disappointing experience. Read more

This supposed to be a steak burrito bowl. I was lucky if there was any steak at all! No beans and when I ordered it with them.... This isn't my 1st order here but it might be my last! My food is always thrown together and hardly anything ever in them. COVIDhas ruined every fast food restaurant made the workers lazy and u can forget about any customer service! Read more
I love Chipotle, who doesn't? This location is inconsistent with servings and I say that because I always get the same thing. I... have ordered more than 5 times here before reviewing this location. There has only been one time where the food I ordered wasequally portioned (Shown in picture). It is always busy and I don't have time to wait in line so I always order online. They areusually pretty good about having your order on time but there was once where my order was 30 minutes past the order time. Therewere multiple people waiting as well and not sure what happened that night. When I received my takeout order on this particularnight after waiting so long, it looked like the food was mixed up and the container was falling apart because they didn'tsqueeze out the broth from the barbacoa. Ordered online waited 45 minutes. Got to the store. There was a line of 20 people at the pick-up cashier, and I was told the... wait would be an extra 45-minute wait to get my food. Why wouldn't the app tell me the wait for my bowl was an hour and ahalf... useless. Read more
This had to be the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Not only were they out of shredded cheese, which I could... forgive them for but to get a bowl with only a few forks of rice and same with carnitas is unforgivable. Damn, an I was afaithful customer but looks like I won't be anymore. I can't believe that they packaged that and gave it out. Shame on you. ACarnitas Bowl which was mostly lettuce.
