Went through the drive through, you couldn?t get a word out without the employee speaking over you then you get to the window... and they where very unpleasant. After getting the order wrong the manager, cashier and the person in the back intentionally tampered with the replacement food... and tried to hand it to me with a strait face. I ordered on the app. Once I got to the store, I was turned away as I was told there was not enough staff and that I was out of... luck and try calling. After several phone calls to the store with no answer, I went online to the feedback and requested acallback. Nothing? I?m out $25 for an order I never got, and I?m not pleased. Update* I decided to give this so called food establishment another try....BIG MISTAKE! I ordered the double cheeseburger with... no onions and Ketchup. Surprisingly it was right but once I took a bite, ????????. I could only explain to my husband that ittaste like dirty socks. He laughed and thought I was being over dramatic but he took a bite and his face turned to pure disgust.He described it as it has definitely turned bad and it didn't taste edible. Well considering that was the first and only thingI had eaten all day I had to go hungry even longer. Carls junior, you should be ashamed at yourselves. You have forever lostour business and I sure anyone else I tell this disgusting story to. Better fix the problem or there will be a hugeproblem!!!! Haven't been here in about a year and it was a special day out with my daughter. We walked inside to order since weweren't familiar with the menu and didn't want to hold up the drive thru. I came here to grab 15 sandwich combos for work because that's what the team wanted. I put in my order and the guy at the... counter I asked him for a little help I said do you have a box. The guy says no immediately. He literally did not even care thatI had to carry all the stuff out to the car did not offer to help filter drinks at all. The manager stepped in and realized thisbig order came through and thankfully he came to the rescue. He met me in my car with the box with the food in it. And thenasked me if I needed a box for the drinks. I told him I couldn't believe that you guys didn't have box. I was quite surprised.I'm given it a three-star because the manager helped out. But it would have been a one-star if the manager wouldn't have steppedin. I paid almost $5 for fries and they gave me less than half a portion, they were smashed and undercooked. I doubt they would do... this to a dine in customer, this is unacceptable especially for the cost. Read more
Still great service my order was taken right away. food came fast well wrapped and built burgers. Always happy here.
