First Burger King needs to figure out the mobile order issue. No burger kings near by in a populated area support the in app... coupon codes or allow mobile ordering. Also this specific location needs attention. Julio the ?manager? needs an attitude check.He was rude from the beginning of the drive thru order. I like the impossible whopper. I got the app so I could hopefully save some money with coupons since the impossible whopper is... so expensive. Unfortunately, they don't take coupons from the app. So I tried another location nearby, who also doesn't takecoupons from the app. I uninstalled the app. Read more
By far the worst burger King I've been to. At first when I was told they had no whopper meat I took it hey they ran out, must've... been a busy day. Then it happened again, this time they said no whopper meat and no soda. Both times were an hour before close.The McDonald's the got shot up down the street isn't more reliable, but they have food available to order. Read more
Not all fast food restaurants are created the same, and not all Burger Kings are identical, either. Sure... they have the same... menu, prices, etc., but what they don't have is the same staff. Burger King food is pretty consistent across the board. You'reeither a person who enjoys their food or you don't. This particular Burger King though, has a staff of employees that are sogood at arguably the most important part of their job (customer service), that even if you're someone who doesn't care forBurger King's particular brand of fast food, I strongly urge you to give this location a try. This restaurant has intelligent,witty, honest, diligent, hard working employees who treat every single one of their customers as though that particular customerwas the whole reason they came into work today. That creates a pretty damn good feeling within the recipient, which last nighthappened to be myself. I was still in the lobby when it closed, but rather than rush me out, they gave me plenty of time tofinish what I was doing. More than that though, was the manner in which I was treated throughout the entirety of my relativelyshort time there. Special kudos to the young man working the register last night. I was given a smashed whopper. And burned buns. The food was cold when given to me. I took two bits and it was not the same... compared to other burger kings. My boyfriend got the same order but with no pickles and his order was hot and looked better thanmine. I will no longer be eating at this Burger King or no longer eating Burger King. Not to mention the costumer service washorrible. I had to yell at them through the driver through because they didn?t hear me at all and I was telling them to speck upafter them mumbling to me through there mic. Unreal? left the drive thru today and when I got home my granddaughters chicken fingers were hard and cold! They had to have... been sitting for hours with little to no heat.. terrible. My onion rings were cold and stale and the little chocolate chipcookie would have knocked someone out cold if it hot them it was so hard and old. Nice crew, but totally mismanaged. The dining room was filthy just before the lunch hour, dirt and dropped food littered the... floor. Tables sat empty with trash and things spilled on them, the fountain drink area was stained in various colors from thepuddles sitting on the silver, and the trashcan were sitting full from breakfast trash. It took more than 30 minutes to receiveMOST of our food, but it took going back up to get the remainder of it. When we received our food there was a distinct burnttaste throughout the Chicken nuggets, and the fries were all covered with what can only be described as debris from inside thefryer. On Sunday December 4th at 3:58pm I had a horrible experience at this location. We ordered and received our food with the drive... the employees and came back around once we left not even a minute from the place and asked kindly if they would be able to makethe fries over because they were cold. We were approached by a nice young man that said okay the food can be remade but then themanager ?Julio? came to the window with his poor customer service yelling about he will refund the meal. We never asked for arefund just fresh food and good service. I made the statement that he would like to give us the money back instead of make freshfood and he then yelled at the staff to remake the food and gave us the wrong amount in a refund and slammed the drive thruwindow.
