No acknowledgement when we walked in. The lady looked right at us and didn't smile or speak or anything. Left us standing at the... register for a good 5 minutes. Finally came to take our order. Laughed at us when we asked for fresh french fries. They weren'teven busy. My husband and I, and one other woman were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Won't be going back. Read more

Go somewhere else for breakfast, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before my order was taken just to get a hard dried out... tortilla for my burrito. Staff had no courtesy whatsoever, I don't expect people to act like they love working but a please andthank you is the bare minimum. Read more

Employees were friendly and my food was hot and fresh. However, this place is horribly dirty. Filthy floor, sticky soda mess all... over the drink station, and ketchup stained tray. I would rather my food take a little longer and cleanliness be maintained,than eat in a dirty facility. Unfortunately, I believe it will take a failed health inspection visit to be rectified, as I havevisited this location twice in these conditions. Perhaps they should consider closing their lobby again. Will not be back tothis location until cleanliness issues are resolved. Read more
Don't go here if your using the Burger King App they don't honor offer codes thru there. They only accepting paper offer... coupons. Its exterior drive thru signage dirty and their trash over flowing. Read more
Came for lunch around 2:30pm no one else was in the drive thru. We pulled up to see the speaker covered with two old dirt... notices that said no apple pay available and that they had no lettuce. We decided to order anyway. She answered us right awaybut we weren?t ready so we ask for a minute. It took her about 5 minutes before she returned to take our order. She didapologize for the wait and took payment. We checked our bag for correct items and got on the road. My son went to snack on thefries and they were cold. He went to bit into his impossible burger it was burnt. I?ve never seen him get so sad and his eyesweld up with tears. We decided to just not go there again. We loved Burger King but many of the locations have gone down inquality. Head to In and Out on Dysart they are always fresh and the employees always in a great mood. Read more
