Avoid this location! Burger King...do better! Pulled up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes. Backed out and went into the... empty lobby. Waited another 10 minutes and listened to a young man named Kaden talking away, cursing like a sailor. When hefinally paused his story and walked around the corner, he stared at me. As if he could not believe there was an actual customerat the counter! I told him that I had been trying to get their attention for the last 20 min, both inside and out. His excuse'uh...we kinda had a big order'. I figured after those genius words of wisdom he would then ask to take my order. Nope. Just ablank stare. Thug life must be tough. I then told him I am hungry and now in a rush to get to work on time. And asked him if Icould order. The food came out in an acceptable time, although cold and messy. I didn't even bother to eat it or ask for mymoney back. It was worth the $11 to prove to myself that I never want to eat at this place again. With how filthy the lobby was,with no customers, I can only imagine how dirty it is behind the counter. Employees like this don't make the case for a fastfood worker wage hike. Your future is dim, Burger King. Especially if this is the direction you continue to travel in. Read more
If you're going to charge $10 for a medium chicken nugget meal, cold half filled fries and soggy nuggets aren't enough to keep... me coming back. A management change is needed here. The 3 star rating for this fast food joint is very generous. Read more
Stopped by here today after getting groceries at the frys there by it the customer service was lacking and the restaurant was a... disaster my cup had mold or somthing on the lip not sure I gave it back and voiced my concern I was told I should contact Humanresources by the cashier at the time I am pretty sure the kid taking my order was high he was having a hard time forming wordsand taking a very long time to take my order and turns out the half of my items where wrong and gross we actually had to requestour order be bagged and handed to us after watching it sit there for 10 min while the employees did nothing there where at least5 other customers in the lobby angry at the same time as us but they have no motivation at this store. Bk needs to fire theentire team and start over fresh this use to be a good location I hope the health department shuts them down.... Read more
Went here with my family to get some lunch due to running around all day and we were starving. What a mistake! The lobby was... disgusting. Our feet were sticking to the floor, trash all over the place, and not one clean place to sit. It was completelyempty too. Staff was just standing around or playing around and when we got our food....let just say, we already knew by thenwhat to expect. Avoid this place. Food poisoning was feared by us all. I had the worst stomach ache cause of the burger here andwill not be returning EVER! This location really needs to be addressed! Read more

I don?t know how to even write a bad review but, the last times I?ve been here have been awful! I love Burger King so much, it?s... actually one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this one here has been awful? the food is made poorly, no effort. I go tothis one in particular because it?s the closest to me but I will just go to another location when I?m craving BK next time. Thefood isn?t worth the money. Read more
