I went through the drive through and it took a while for the food which is why the atmosphere is 4 out of 5 stars. I decided to... try the roast beef sliders and I thought it was really good! I love their Arby's beef and cheddar. With the horses sauce. It is where I go for my munchies. Curly Fries are good too. It was... a drive thru so not much atmosphere. Or service. But no complaints. Read more
I notice an employee coughing on her hand; I called it on her to her manager she got mad at me and said she did but she never... did. Location had a beautiful remodel, and added better staff. The food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Great Service....
One of the best fast food restaurants I've ever been to! All the employees were super friendly to me and to each other giving... each other compliments telling each other they're doing fantastic taking care of everybody together! Overall I love a good Arby's roast beef sandwich but sadly the customer service or cleanliness suffers. I pull in at a little... after 8pm on a Friday night. When I pull up there are three employees out on smoke break at the first for seater table outsideand to the right of the entrance. I had to get out my car and walk past them getting quite the huff of cigarette smoke. Yuck! I'm shocked the main store manager allows this to happen! Normally smoking areas for employees are out of sight and far fromthe front entrance. I walk in and use the bathroom first. It was dirty but not so bad I wouldn't use the restroom. Threeemployees are inside handling orders while the other three were on break. They were just keeping up. The dining room floor isfilthy! Dirt and black spots are everywhere! About a third of the dining room tables were dirty where you could tell someonesat there and ate their meal. I don't know when the dining room was last cleaned, and when the employees on break came back, noone made it a priority to clean the dining room. I saw a lot of standing around talking (some business, some pleasure) and oneperson in the kitchen area cleaning. Sadly, you can't really see into the kitchen to tell if it's reasonably clean. The foodwas good; especially considering the time of day. The ambiance was not great. Not inviting to eat there with the dirty diningroom and the loud music that was playing. The music is just a local radio station and when commercials come on it's super loudand annoying. The young girl on the register was extremely polite (thanks Employee 15; I couldn't read her name tag). I'm alsosuper impressed, when she had to sneeze, she covered her nose/mouth with her elbow! Hurrah for proper form! Just wished shealso covered her mouth, when she coughed, using her elbow too. Being hygienic is important when you are the one customers seerepresenting your store. Read more
