The restaurant was busy. It appeared there wasn't enough staff for the amount of diners. But it was a holiday. We were seated... quick but waiting a long time for a server to take our order. Drinks came and our order came in an acceptable amount of time. Refills were a different story. Food was okay but not fantastic. Price is on par with similar restaurants. Read more
My wife and I dropped in for an early dinner. I ordered a grilled chicken balsamic salad which was very nice and very filling.... The wife had the small sirloin with mashed potatoes. She said it was good ,the serving was a bit small,but for us it was justwright. Read more
I ordered the steak with the understanding that I would get a dozen shrimp for a buck. I found out they were double crunch which... means double dip in the breading. Kind of like popcorn shrimp, all breading no shrimp. I opted out of the shrimp. The steak wasoverdone for my rare request but had good flavor. The wait person, Rosa, was excellent. What was to be a relaxing meal turned into a regretful decision to stop and eat at this establishment. Upon walking in the music... was so loud you could hardly hear the hostess ask how many? After seating us, we waited close to 5 minutes for our server tocome take our drink order, we asked him if we could get a towel to wipe or table as it was sticky, he says oh I?ll get that letme take your order, we placed our order and a couple minutes later another worker comes to our table with a couple damp papertowels and starts to wipe the table, he says oh it?s so sticky I?m shaking the table, is that good, ? I don?t want to have toget the spray bottle out and all. My husband and I just looked at each other. We sat there waiting and waiting finally ourdrinks came and I ordered lemonade what I received was a glass of water with a lemon slice and the server says we are out oflemonade so I gave you a lemon slice in your water. Is that ok? Seriously? I didn?t say much, just shook my head and said WOW!Maybe this was the reason the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon was only half full? Waited another 20 minutes for our mealsfinally came, they were extremely hot had to wait for them to cool. Server never returned to the table to ask how our food was,did we need a refill, etc. Definitely not returning, I guess gone are the days of grabbing a bite to eat and service like theyare happy to see you. Food was good & the service was good. This place is close to my home & we go here often when we don't know where else to go. You... get your food quick here as well. I am rating this a 4 star place because the food is sometimes hit or miss. But I will continueto come here! Read more
Yesterday 09/17/21, around 6:45pm, I went by myself for dinner. I could not see the menu and it was soooo dark in that... restaurant!!! I thought I ordered the steak with shrimp ???? but it was just steak with a lot of fat on the steak and a lot ofnasty mashed potatoes!!! Waitress was rude and very disrespectful!!! Rushed my order!!! Steak ???? had a lot of fat and thedrink ???? was watered down and had no alcohol which it stated it had Grey Goose Vodka which was a LIE!!! Front Fourier wasnasty, greasy ???? and dirty!!! They COMP me for the steak but made me pay for the watered down drink and the nasty walkingtacos ???? with hardly no meat ????!!! I WILL NEVER ???????? Food was okay. Salad was great. I was asked if I wanted pink in my burger but I got very pink and thought I was going to throw... up later that night. Don't think I will go back there again. I'm not going to risk getting food poisoning. On a more positivenote, the long island drink was Amazing and our waiter was very friendly and good at his job. Read more
The server that we got was friendly and very outgoing. Our appetizer was the artichoke dip. Very good and justvenough chips to... finish the dip and salsa. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was also good. The only complaint I would have would be thatiscwas really greasy. It came out on a cast iron skillet and was sizzling like fajitas do.
