When you just gotta have it nothing else can replace an Italian beef sandwich. I tried one while visiting Chicago and loved... them. I like mine hot (giardiniera- chopped pickled hot peppers with carrots and celery) and wet (herbed beef broth). The slicedroast beef is lean and piled high on a hoagie bun. Fantastic! Campione?s is a wonderful place to grab a quick lunch, or bring the family for a meal. Every time I have eaten here... the staff has been very friendly and helpful in making recommendations and answering all of my questions. The food has beendelightful. The portions leave me full and satisfied. I only wish we would have discovered this place sooner. Also front forgetto try one if their Cannolis, they are great. Read more

Went there for lunch and loved the food! I had the meatball sub and fries. It was delicious and reasonably priced! Our daughter... had the chicken nuggets and loved it. The inside was clean which is a huge plus! They played fun music and even had a big TV.Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and looking forward to going back. Read more

AUTHENTIC!!! I was skeptical about finding authentic Chicago fare in Goodlettsville. But this place is the real deal! The... Chicago Style Hotdog exceeded my expectations, and my boyfriend LOVED his Italian Beef! They have plenty of seating toaccommodate groups/families. Had the Italian Beef w/moz. Req'd they combo the peppers (hot & mild) & they were perfect. Bread was FRESH & taste was amazing.... The 1/4lb hotdog didn't disappoint & filled up the big eater I was with. Ordered the flat bread pizza (all the meats) to go & Inever even had a chance to taste it. Today I decided I wanted a hot dog, and I figured hey I?ve never been to campiones. I ordered the chili cheese fries and the... polish sausage. First the cheese fries. I was very disappointed in these as the chili had no beef and the fries were no betterthan ones from the freezer aisle at Kroger. I personally did not like them but you might. However, the restaurant still gets 4stars because of the amazing hot dog. The flavor of all the vegetables on the hot dog was divine, I have expected to see agarden in the back of the kitchen from how fresh they tasted. Anyway, if you go, definitely get the polish dog.
