If I could give this location ?0? stars, I would. I don?t come here often but every time that I do, there is ALWAYS something!... No venti cups, no cloud powder, no almond milk, etc. The manager NEVER LISTENS to your order. She nastily stated that I didn?task for what I KNOW I asked for, told me to wait for a refund, handed me money, no apologies, no thank you, NOTHING! This Starbucks is located inside the Kroger grocery store. I find it very convenient to not have to go somewhere else, so i can... purchase coffee while grocery shopping. I have yet to have a bad drink from this location, only once was there too muchchocolate in a mocha frappuccino. 9/10 Read more
Not sure what the problem is with the two female workers here. Ive had them eyeball me and whisper back and forth in an... obviously rude manner before but Today, 12-19, my fiance went here specifically and ordered an iced coffee with double cream anddouble sugar. They put a plain black iced coffee on the counter. After discussing with the customer behind her, my fiance askedif the drink was for someone else and the two girls began VERY unprofessionally gossiping about my fiance, speaking over her,and rolling their eyes to each other saying ?Yuh she ordered a black coffee. Yeah gurl She lyin? She lyin?? Me nor my fianceEVER drink black coffee. Fire these two disrespectful mouthy brats immediately. I will be by there today after work to speakwith them myself as well. I also once pointed out that several of the snacks in the packages at the counter were moldy and youcould see the green/grey fuzz mold growing on the food in the packages. She said ?oooooooook...........?? and turned her back. Iwill not be spending anymore money until these two are removed and ill be telling others to avoid it as well. Ill also be takingphotos of the moldy food as well if they have left it. This place isnt even that old and already useless low lifes are runningit into the ground...what a shame.. Read more
