I was so sorry to see that my location in Hendersonville Tn had moved to Goodlettsville, but made the trip for a pizza. They no... longer make salads fresh, they were boxed and the clerk assured me they were fresh. I could not see one ingredient on thecounter it was all stainless steel and everything was covered. Finally got two box salads and I was given two salad dressings tocover both large boxes. I explained to him that was not enough dressing for the salads and he told me that he was not allowed togive anymore , but he would make an exception , but you could tell he was not pleased. I ordered my pizza and when I got home itwas not the pizza I usually order but it wasn?t an option on the board to get a thin or medium crust and he did not ask me whatcrust I wanted. When I got home my husband informed me that we get thin crust so I did not like the pizza he gave me. He wastalking a lot about how great they were doing sales wise in their new location although there wasn?t a soul in the restaurantand wasn?t explaining a lot about the pizza. I used to love Papa Murphy?s but this was a whole new experience without the freshsalad . My final part of this review is we got home and opened up the salad boxes , and most of it, 3/4 of it, was ruined andslick and gooey and old! It wasn?t even the fresh date! Whoever owns this place doesn?t take pride in what they have. I am not going to blame the employees because it is past that. If... you can?t find people to work when your signs says open then you are either not treating them right or not paying them acompetitive wage. We live 3 mins from this store and have to drive to the Hendersonville store because this store is not openhalf the time and they never answer phone when they are open. If your going to invest money in a business, how about taking alittle pride in your business and fix it! Read more

Should have walked out,after seeing the condition of the store. Labor shortage does not excuse filth... pizza was the worst... prepared, knew when while I was waiting no way quality prep would as there. We love P.M.P. but seriously will go to anotherlocation after this experience. Read more

Ordered two pizzas online. Expected to be ready in 25 minutes. We show up and had to wait another 20 minutes for our pizzas. Got... them home and there was so much oil it set our oven on fire! Contacted Papa Murphy's but no one ever responded. Other locationsare great, this one is struggling. Nasty young girl who worked there as well with nasty attitude. Read more
