I write too many bad reviews, so wanted to give this place credit where credit is due. Have dinned here twice, both times near... closing time. Both times had excellent service and good recommendations from the server. Blackened salmon and steak surprisinglygood, though steak seemed a little small it was flavorful and melt in the mouth tender. Can recommend. Read more

On 09/10/22 ordered around 630pm. First of all. The staff was very friendly. Give them a raise! Baby back ribs and Cajun salmon... were great!I tried the camp fire potatoes. They weren?t made fresh. Cold and old. Don?t know the purpose of cold potatoes andshredded cheese that wasn?t at least melted. Asparagus was over cooked literally black from being cooked too long. The menu has changed and a couple of my favorite items are no longer served. However what I did order was good. O'Charley's... maintains as a dependable restaurant to have good food in pleasant surroundings. The server was new but very attentive and didan excellent job. Read more

Travelers beware. We were not familiar with this chain and after reading reviews and seeing the fairly empty dining room on a... Saturday, we should have turned around. Our server was attentive. The food was edible. The best part if the meal were the rollsand side salads. Read more

I ordered take out food that is in the presentation of prison food. I got chicken scraps instead on chicken tenders. They take... five to ten minutes to make, that?s crazy you wouldn?t make them a quality size. That steak is supposed to be 6 oz sirloin butit looks like a rat that they found out back. Kraft Mac and cheese would beat what I just received from this restaurant. Worstpart is they didn?t even include the asparagus. Don?t order to go food here unless you want to be ripped off!!! I know I shouldn't expect much from an O'Charley's, But I expected to at least get mediocre service... We arrived at... approximately 2:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, and were greeted, and seated quickly upon entering, after that we had no furthercontact with anyone. It was not particularly busy, and there were plenty of open tables. The waitress in our section, passedby us eight times in 15 minutes, and never stopped by table once. I even checked the hostess to make sure that it was thecorrect waitress. I also asked if we could be moved since we weren't getting any service, and the hostess said she would seewhat she could do. Eventually we got tired of being ignored, and decided to leave. As we were leaving, the hostess stopped usand apologized because she forgot about moving us. Too little, too late. Definitely would not go back to this place ever again. Read more
