After ordering 2 sausage biscuits and a large coffee and only receiving one, I sat down to eat. Afterwards I had to use the... restroom and when I asked to be let into the restroom. The lady running the front counter looks at me, rolls her eyes, exhalesloudly, and proceeded to clumsily walk in the direction of the restroom. After she unlocked the door I politely thanked her.She then mumbled under her breath these nasty homeless people get on my nerves. I live in Bordeaux off Clarksville Pike. I workat least 50 hours a week. The restroom was a disaster. I will NEVER return to that particular McDonald's. Read more
Great service as Always, I saw an employee not feeling so well/not in a good mood because of another costumer today when she... approached me to take my order polite but not so happy I smiled at her place my order and tried to cheer her up and make herlaugh a little, I believed that changed her mood completely, small gestures really can change a person's day, yall be nice andTreat employees nice after all u wouldn't be able to come to ur favorite fast food place without them Make sure yall havemanners and say please and thank you....this comes from a +6yo fast food experienced person Read more

Just picked up breakfast, my egg doesn't look very fresh by any means. Called no answer.
Tables and floors dirty. Fries weren't warm. Female customer got into a confrontation with employee. Customer appeared to be... under influence of drugs, dancing around, jerky her head, etc. Called 911 but I didn't know the street address other thanstreet name and near Rivergate Mall. We ate, left and will not be visiting this McD anymore. Read more
Horrible mangers and unclean floors and bathrooms disgusting, also refused to replace my order that they messed up and i was... told they would. I would avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Unless you like a little dirt and staphylococcus on your burgerfrom the nasty crew working the kitchen keep going to the next McDonald's. Please see photos of just plan nasty. Read more
