Service has gone down tremendously at this location. Was screamed at by the woman on the drive thru because we asked for a small... and they only do med and large combos... didn't know that... no reason to get smart... she then basically shoved the change backat us. We asked to clarify if the burger was plain.. twice.. 2nd drive thru window had to put it as plain because first one didnot. Horrible horrible service. Read more
I only come 2 times a month but this will likely be the last. Watched a kitchen worker scratching his head with a gloved hand,... then handle food, the scratch his nose...then handle more food.. the clean up lettuce off the counter, tossing some back in thebin holding the rest...then wipe his same gloved hand on the back of his pants. I get that it's lunch rush but come on... Thatis clear health code voiolation.. and its not like he didn't have time to change his gloves..he walked off the line severaltimes... again touching his face or hair then going back to touching food with the same gloved hands. If this was a one offsituation I could say it doesn't happen often, but every time I have come in and seen this guy he is doing it.. McDonald's used to be reasonable "road food." Service sucked. Food was cold. Just loved the food delivery person peering into... my bag and breathing all over my food. Overall... One star, if that. Read more
Every time I try to give this store another chance, they continue to screw it up. Order is never right. Customer service there... absolutely sucks. Nobody there is friendly. They dangle your food out the window when you?re still at the window paying, theyrush you through like cattle. It?s awful. Forever lost a customer. Do better. Read more
Apparently when you order from the kiosk and take a table number for them to bring your food to you like the kiosk says they... don't bring it to you but stand yelling a number which doesn't coincide with any number you've been given. Then when you stopsomeone and ask they bring you your food rudely and Togo when you ask for here.
