The only reason I did not give them a five is because after my meal was placed, it was a to go order, it's set in the window for... I know 10 minutes. It was crab legs which are always Delicious from there. But it's set in the window for 10 minutes and if youknow crab legs they get cold quick. The waitress that was doing that to go orders even went up there looked in the bag moved itto the side and went through it and then put it right back up in the window and I had to ask another girl that was sitting theredoing nothing if she would find out why my order has been sitting in the window for 10 minutes and people just keep goingthrough it and moving it and putting it back it wasn't missing anything everything was in there nobody just brought it to meafter I mentioned something about it she brought it to me Read more
Service was good and quick. I had a nice waitress who made sure drinks were filled ect. The only downside was the burger.....so... dry no seasoning and for a 1/4 burger it was so small. Read more
My wife and I just left the restaurant. We were charged 20$ over price because we had a drunk waitress. I ordered the slider... combo all 4 chicken 2 Buffalo and the other 2 barbque. My wife ordered 24 shrimp with here sauce on the side. They charged her99 cents to put sauce that was included in the price of the shirmp in a small container. No biggie! When the food came out,there was only 12 shrimp on my wife's plate and my sliders were two plain chicken and 2 cheese burgers. This is not what weordered. It took 30 additional minutes before my wife got her other shrimp. We asked for the manager after seeing our 61$ticket that was supposed to be 40$ and she was nasty and very rude. Exactly what youwould expect from Hooters. Decent food and friendly waitresses. It was not very busy while I was there. I... ordered something "fruity and fun" to drink. Now, I know that I am a pain in the butt customer because I do not know what Iwant to drink and I expect my waitress to know better than me what I want to drink! Well, she hit the nail on the head! Shebrought me something orange and falavorful, but the best part was that she only charged me $5! I've had other places charge me4 times that much for a "mystery mixed drink." Very fair of them. Stopped in for a beer and wings. Served my beer and grabbed a menu. when I was ready for another beer and to order wings the... bartender was out at a table conversing with waitresses and phone surfing after several minutes l left. Went to Fox and Hound,service was better. Read more
we went to eat at this Hooters location on Saturday August 20th around 12:30pm. Our waitress Zowe told us that there was no... coffee even though it was on the menu then she went to go ask and came back and said that she never knew that they servedcoffee. When she brought it to our table she had our coffee in cups that you put cold drinks in and gave us straws like we weregoing to drink the hot coffee through a wide straw for a soda. I asked her if they had any mugs and she said no. I knew this wasnot true because I've ordered coffee at this location before. Our table did not have any paper towels or any of the wipes no onewas sitting at the table beside us so I grabbed those paper towels and put them in our table. It took a while for our food tocome out. Something tells me that she forgot to put our order in, although I don't know this for a fact. After we startedeating she never came back to check on us to make sure everything was okay my husband's beer was long gone she never once cameback to see if he needed another one or anything else to drink. She took so long to come back and check on our table that myhusband left the card with me and went out to the car. The manager on duty never once made rounds to check on tables to see howeverything was going. We stopped by for lunch on our way to dropping a friend off at the airport, I have always heard about the famous hospitality and... friendliness of the staff and was very excited to try it out for myself. I was utterly disappointed, the waitress we had wasbarely speaking loud enough to be heard, didn't even ask one of the members of our party if they would like an appetizer and didnot have a very friendly demeanor in general. We got our food and the cheese sticks were hot and fresh but very bland and had noreal flavor at all, the marinara was a tomato paste to describe it at best. The wings (traditional bone in BBQ wings) were toughand seemed quite over cooked or possibly old. The only reason I am not giving it a 1 is because the boneless wings my wifereceived and the fried pickles were apparently amazing. I do not recommend the restaurant at all and will not be back.
