I called in to place a pick up order this morning. I stated very clearly what I wanted for my first order and was met by a rude... female say I need you to repeat everything you said. This was said with an extreme attitude. Someone with good customer serviceskills would have said, ? I?m sorry I didn?t hear you can you please repeat that? So I handed the phone to my wife to place theorder. My wife asked nicely can you hear me and again with the attitude she just said uh huh. It seems like the new generationhas no manners nor respect. I tried the strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes today and they were so yummy. I will be getting them again.

Although it's only a couple of miles from my house I hadn't been in a while. But decided to pick up somethig quick after church.... I went in placed a to-go order and waited and waited and waited until 45 minutes later my food finally came out. The restaurantwasn't even crowded. I got it home and had cold food and burnt chicken tenders. My container of Mac & cheese was only half full& messy like they just dumped it in there. Dinner ready made us wait to be seated for 20 mins but the wait staff that served us was very fast and the food is always... amazing. I've been coming to these restaurants for years and I always love the chance to visit. Great store and great selection! Read more
