Pulled up to the drive thru on a Thursday afternoon was told they weren't taking orders. Came back a few days later and was told... they were only making orders for delivery. Awful experience. And in all honesty I want my money back. I ordered. Stood at the window for 20 mins. When one of the workers... handed the guy behind me his food ahe asked me what my order was. I told her what I ordered and waited another 20 mins. Had toeat in the car due to time constraint on getting back home to Indianapolis. The food was absolutely awful and I only got half ofmy meal. I arrived at 7:45. There were 4 employees outside. One drive thru was closed. One had no menu. Then one guy said.."We're... closed". There were employees inside as well. This is bad business practices. I was flabbergasted. The closing is 11:00pm on theWebsite. In my opinion plenty of staff. Whoever was the manager should be questioned. Read more
Ordered a meal through DoorDash that came with a drink, fries, and chicken tenders. I only got the chicken tenders. At first, I... wasn?t too upset, I work in the food industry myself and have made mistakes with DoorDash orders before. However, upon callingto give them a heads up (not even to complain) and not receiving an answer four or five times, I have immediately changed myopinion entirely on the situation. Wouldn?t recommend to anyone; get a better experience with WingStop or some other place muchmore worth your time and money. Read more
Food was excellent... really. We were surprised. I'd give it 6 stars.... but the service was so incredibly slow it was almost... unbearable.... like 20 minutes in the takeout line with only 2 cars ahead of you. That kind of slow. And then the order waswrong so we had to wait again. But they were extremely apologetic and even gave us more tenders for our trouble. But.... likeI said. The food was really, really good. When it?s good it?s GREAT! When it?s bad it?s pretty dang bad. Somehow everything I got today was Ice cold. Cheese on burger... didn?t melt at all. Patty cold to touch. Fries cold & SOPPING cold with cheese like 3 times the cheese with 10 fries. Was inline 20 minutes. I?m not picky but a cold to the touch burger w cold cheese is gross. Other times I?ve been really impressed soI?m not sure what?s going on. It seems 50/50 with no in between?. Sorta leaning toward 40/60. I?ll give it one last shot cuz Ilove checkers when it?s good. I want to give this location a NEGATIVE 10 stars!!!! Unreal how terrible this small order of fries were. The crease was so black... 3 guys were looking at the fry station at 1 time. I told them after they made my order over its the crease and someone is goingto get sick. I didnt want to be labeled as the black hungry woman so I didn't request a refund or say how I really felt. I wouldnot advice you to visit this location. I pray someone does get food poison. Look how brown the crease is on my fingers.. And itwas 5cars ahead of me. When I was one car before the speaker to order, I started my stopwatch. After waiting in my car 30 minutes for a hamburger, I... got out to see if everything was OK inside the store. 2 older ladies were inside. I watched them for a minute and did not seethem doing anything to prepare food. I talked with one of them and she said someone else who was faster was just arriver. 6minutes later, the 2 cars in front of me still had not received their food.
