Pulled up to the drive thru on a Thursday afternoon was told they weren't taking orders. Came back a few days later and was told... they were only making orders for delivery. Won't even waste my time trying again, and that sucks because this place used to bethe best. 0 stars. Would not reccomend. Read more
Awful experience. And in all honesty I want my money back. I ordered. Stood at the window for 20 mins. When one of the workers... handed the guy behind me his food ahe asked me what my order was. I told her what I ordered and waited another 20 mins. Had toeat in the car due to time constraint on getting back home to Indianapolis. The food was absolutely awful and I only got half ofmy meal. I arrived at 7:45. There were 4 employees outside. One drive thru was closed. One had no menu. Then one guy said.."We're... closed". There were employees inside as well. Ordered a meal through DoorDash that came with a drink, fries, and chicken tenders. I only got the chicken tenders. At first, I... wasn?t too upset, I work in the food industry myself and have made mistakes with DoorDash orders before. However, upon callingto give them a heads up (not even to complain) and not receiving an answer four or five times, I have immediately changed myopinion entirely on the situation.
