Why promote strawberry shakes when you cannot make one? False advertising?
Music was terrible and it took 1/2 hour to get our food. Then the food was given to someone else.
Ordered a 6 piece nuggets ONLY GOT 4. Then a couple days later we went in and ordered 2 big macs and each were missing a... hamburger patty. The manger both times did an EXCELLENT JOB. He fixed the problem quickly and was very apologetic. Read more
They've taken the fast out fast food. They are slow. We stopped for a quick bite to eat - but it wasn't quick. Food was warm and... standard Macdonald's fair. Read more
One of the worst places to eat in Gooding, unfortunately. Every time I have gone they take a very long time to bring out my... order and by the time I get it it's always cold. They should put more effort to work as a team so they can put out betterservice. Sadly there's not many options but as busy as they are they should have established some type of routine. So impressed with the young girl helping us. I forgot her name but she had red hair. We placed an order and it was taking longer... than we thought but we were just waiting patiently and some other worker asked if we were still waiting and we said yes. Theyoung girl came back out to help us and refunded our meal and apologized. She was so nice and helpful and we walked out therehappy even if our food took long. Read more
Seems like they are always too busy and short staffed but food is always prepared correctly
