Last winery of the day and I liked these the best. Norton is good. And the Towpath. And the Petit Verdot. These had more of... the powerful taste that I expect from them. The other wineries I visited this day were lacking that power. The Terrior Red wasOK. It was more of a sweet easy to drink wine. Everyone was friendly. I had a great time. Read more

Having never been here before, we were pleasantly surprised when we visited this quaint winery nestled into a Goochland... hillside. The wines were quite good, particularly the sweeter, non-dry varieties. They have a delicious wine slushie, too! Theambiance is very homey, as the winery tasting area is out of a renovated house. You can sip your wine from atop a beautiful sundeck or sit under the covered patio in the shade of a screened-in porch. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and happy tohelp in any way.
