I?ve been visiting this location for about 13 years, at least. On Nov 15 around 3:40ish, I went it to order a drink. The girl at... the counter did not have the nice customer service I?ve always had here. Her demeanor just wasn?t pleasant. I can?t remember hername. Lighter skinned, curly hair. She was working the front counter and doing sandwiches. However, the other young lady who wasworking as the main barista (I guess) was so very kind. All in all, this is my favorite location to visit. Typically flawless and efficient in the mornings...but TERRIBLE afternoon/evening crew. Poorly managed in the afternoons. They... will prioritize drive thru even though their lobby is busier. 1 star is very generous! My wait time was 30+ minutes, and my order wasn't correct. This happened on multiple visits. Definitely... my least favorite location. Unacceptable! Read more
