Much much much better than Westbank location. Food was great as always, felt very welcomed here. Hostess immediately greeted us... as we walked through door, had us seated in a timely matter, and Katy was amazing making sure we had drinks and checking on usto see if we needed anything else. Boiled seafood was great. I'm used to back yard boils where most of the flavor is in the water. Here, a generous amount of the... flavors and seasonings of your choice are put in a bag with your Boiled seafood and served to you. It was great. Multipledifferent choices of seafood and flavors. Went here yesterday for the first time, and it will definitely be the last. Having eaten South Louisiana Seafood my entire... life, I don't think I have ever found a restaurant that could ruin seafood like this one did. For a sit down, table servingestablishment like this, there are certain things you just shouldn't do: 1) cheap plastic tableware. If you're not going to dothe real thing, at least don't buy the cheapest garbage out there. (See my pic). 2) Have a hostess that knows what she'sdoing. The lady running the host stand was confusing herself, the servers and customers. 3) Don't serve boxed frozen food asentrees. My oysters and my wife's fish were pre-battered, frozen and from a box. (See pic) 4) Don't serve non-Louisianaoysters here. This was hands down the most disgusting oyster dish I've ever had. When you freeze an oyster, it ruins it. Ifyou're from here, you know that These were not Louisiana oysters. All I can say is that it was genuinely gross to keep fromjust being ugly. (See pic). Fries were greasy and cold. I could keep going, but if you've read this far, hopefully you'vegotten the point. They should call it the Nasty Crab instead of the Fiery Crab. Read more

Although this restaurant is not the best for seafood boils, it does have some really good crab legs. Ordered the snow crab lb... boiled with all the seasonings medium (light kick) and was satisfied. This place serves the typical 1lb seafood boils withsausage, corn and potato. They aren?t too ridiculous with price and during the summer, they offer a 1/2 lb of jumbo boiledshrimp for just $1 more. While the seasoning was a little on the salty side/buttery side, the food was delicious otherwise. Mydaughter ordered the fried catfish platter with Cajun fries (they serve shrimp fried rice as a side- not sure if it?s goodbecause I didn?t get to try it). Her catfish was extremely bland in taste. We had Chelsea as our server, who was attentive andamazing. She offered to let my daughter use her WiFi hotspot because this place doesn?t have free wifi sadly. We didn?t orderany of their alcoholic beverages either, but overall, this place is definitely worth a shot for all the seafood boil lovers. Read more
