If I could I'd give no stars! Every order was wrong and the food was cold. They left out the fries in the kids meal we asked... them to put them in there and then also asked why they gave me an 8 oz cup for my small shake as it is 16 oz. They said oh wellwe ran out of the other ones and that was after trying to convince me that the small was the little cup they gave me! Which Iknow better! My cheese on my burger looked like it was pre-melted onto the patty. My burger was packed with lettuce but I had nopickles which clearly go on my burger! My husband's burger was loaded down with onion as that was the only thing he asked to notbe on there. Service was quick but quality was terrible! I just wasted $27 due to my daughter has braces and appliances andcan't chew the cold stale fries. My husband will not eat onion or anything with onion! Read more
Another disappointing experience at another Wataburger. I went inside to use the restroom and then walked up to order. A few... minutes later I just walked out. I wasn?t even acknowledged. Several different employees walked by. Hardly even glancing at me.Oh well. They food & customer service has gone downhill so much lately at all Wataburger except Lampasas. Good people workthere. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a whatabuger. They had no cups, they had no Jr burgers and then they missed up... a burger. Took it back they fixed it only to find a hair in it. Great burger and awesome banana pudding shake! I had to see what the difference between the Texas & NC Whataburgers were. This... one is definitely more commercialized but still excellent food. Staff was friendly and food was served pretty quick. Read more
Came to this whataburger after a long drive and already see 1 worker who happened to be the cashier I couldn't help but notice... he was so un professional with his job and didn't seem to have the right clothes on my fries were cold and I asked for somewarmer ones and the same cashier looked at me and gave a sigh. He was the only one wearing Tan khakis as well so maybe out ofdress code. I will not be returning to this whataburger for sure Read more
passing thru, stopped because there was truck parking across the street Always good food and a friendly smile. It did seem to... take longer than usual but worth the wait, glad I wasn't in a hurry ???? Oh yeah and I loved the new interior, the vaultedceiling and rustic feel, very Texas-like. Read more
Stop by to get a quick burger and the place was dirty. They even had an old bandaid on a table. There was even cobwebs all over... the place. Hate to think what the cooking area looks like. But the people were nice. Read more
